Grant research in three easy steps!

Find, Review, Research

Try this...

FIND

Find all non-profit organizations located in your area using the NOZA 990-PF Search.

  1. Under Location, select your City, State, or even better, enter your ZIP Code. (Leave the other fields blank for now.)

  2. Under Results, choose Sort by ZIP Code.

  3. Click the Search button.

REVIEW

Review the Search Results, containing all non-profit organizations in your area.

One quick look at the Search Results tells you the organization's Name, City, State and ZIP Code, along with the Employer Identification Number, and Total Assets for the Fiscal Year. (There may be multiple entries for one foundation if the database contains tax returns for multiple years.)

  1. Click on the PDF link to see the IRS tax return.

  2. For IRS Form 990-PF, see Page 1 for the organization's address and phone number.

  3. For IRS Form 990-PF, see Page 10 to research the grants and contributions paid during the year or approved for future payment.
